Multiphoton microscope with diffraction limited photoactivation
This custom multiphoton microscope was developed by and is routinely used in the Strother Lab. This microscope has a number of useful features including diffraction-limited DMD-based photoactivation, a large vield of view, a large diameter collection path, and the ability to rotate the objective by 90 deg to accomodate different preparations. Feel free to contact us for more information on this system.

Neuron image analysis toolkit
This MATLAB toolbox was developed by the Strother Lab to analyze calcium imaging data. It provides functionality similar to hyperstacks in ImageJ, with the added feature that the user can rapidly switch between different indexing conventions (e.g., time, corresonding stimulus condtion, replicate, etc). Larval proving grounds toolkit
This MATLAB toolbox was developed by the Strother Lab to record and analyze animal behavioral experiments. It implements routines for controlling cameras, performing real-time nearly lossless compression to reduce data storage requirements, and analyzing captured images. Download
Open source image velocimetry
This software suite was developed by the Strother Lab for performing experimental fluid dynamics using particle image velocimetry and particle tracking velocimetry.
